Symphony of the Seas – Just Book It!
We recently took a 7-day Eastern Caribbean cruise aboard the incredible Symphony of the Seas, and let me tell you—this experience turned my husband and me into lifelong cruisers! Not only are we already planning our next voyage, but this trip also restored my faith in customer service. From the moment we stepped on board, the service was exceptional. We were warmly greeted and immediately made our way to a bar, where the bartender set the tone for the entire cruise—friendly, welcoming, and ready to make our vacation unforgettable. One of the standout highlights was our room attendant. We had a few special requests right from the start, and not only did he accommodate them with a smile, but he also kept our room spotless and was a joy to see every day. The dining room staff was equally impressive. Every night, our servers remembered our names, asked about our day, and gave us tips on what to look forward to the next day. If we needed anything, they were on it instantly. The bartenders all over the ship were just as fantastic—quick, friendly, and even making rounds on the pool deck to ensure we were taken care of. As for food, it was great! Whether we dined in the main dining room, the buffet, or the specialty options included in our package, everything was fresh and delicious. The only minor downside was that the buffet was always busy, but with so many other dining options, it wasn’t a problem. Similarly, the pools were quite crowded on sea days, which was expected. We found a peaceful escape in the Solarium, a great spot for adults looking to unwind. One experience I’d likely skip next time is the spa. While our massages were wonderful, the sales pitch before and after was a bit pushy. Just something to be aware of if you book a treatment. Overall, there was never a dull moment on this ship! Whether you're looking for relaxation or adventure, Symphony of the Seas delivers. If you’re on the fence about booking—just do it! You won’t be disappointed!

EASTERN CARRIBBEAN CRUISE 12/29/24
We've cruised on Symphony of the Seas before so it's almost like coming back home. The staff as always was fantastic. Great service! Great smiles! Great attitudes! The 4 in our family had a wonderful time. As always, it's never long enough and on the last day it's mixed emotions.... usually depressed that we have to leave the ship. Our excursions were fun, the food was tremendous, and we all relaxed and would rate this a 5 star cruise. Can't wait until our next cruise which will make us Diamond Club Honors Members. Although we were unable to dock at some of the planned ports we still had a really great time staying on the ship or being diverted to other ports. The only thing I would suggest is that I wish our mattress had a softer mattress topper and our cabin maid was kind enough to bring us softer pillows. Excited for our next cruise!!

Everything Fabulous for A Truly Great Time
The Symphony-of the- Seas, what a magnificent, well organized ship with an ultra friendly, most competent crew, great food, and totally fabulous shows! The speediest embarkation and debarkation ever, and they aim to please no matter where you are or what you are doing! Tons of great activities to please every age, adult pools, quiet areas, lots of parades and excitement. We couldn't ask for more and can't wait to get back on in the near future! Large capacity- 6700 passengers, but never a problem due to good organization, foresight, and efficiency. People were very respectful of each other, children were well-behaved, and our weather could not have been nicer all week. The sailing was so smooth you didn't know the ship was moving. Main dining room service was par excellence, and the Windjammer buffet offered outstanding selections, with no trouble getting a table, even on port days. Don't miss the water show in the Aqua Theater; it's just amazing that a ship at sea can offer such an experience!
