My Kind of Cruise, is a pocket sized cruise assistant to help you find your perfect cruise.

My Kind Of Cruise is the first app that lets you search, book and manage your booking with all the major cruise lines. It's really easy to use for experienced and new cruisers. It is a pocket sized cruise assistant to help you find your perfect cruise.

The App

The app has 5 sections: Guide, search, explore, favourites and profile. 

The first area I am going to talk about is profile.

Profile

This is where you will sign in and fill in your details which is very effective as it enables you to book cruises faster and not have to sign in every time (which you can't do on cruise line websites).

You also have your cruise line loyalty numbers so as you're searching for cruises you automatically get the loyalty discount, which is way better!

Also, you can link accounts with friends and family or just add them in the passenger details section on your account.

Favourites

This is the section where you can have: your favourite cruise ships, ports, cruise lines and blogs. Whenever you click on anything there is a heart in the top right hand corner, press that and it will automatically add it to your favorites.

Explore/ search

These two are to help you find your dream cruise. It will give you suggestions that you can look at. It has every cruise you have clicked on so you can easily get back to it and has popular cruises as well.

Also a section with helpful blogs which will give you helpful information to keep in mind when booking your cruise.

In the search section it will always save your last search, this is really helpful to get back to what you were doing.

On the explore front page in the top right corner it has monthly prices which is absolutely amazing and really helps you budget for cruises.

Guide

If you are reading this you properly found the guide section. This is the place where our reviewers write blogs in order to help you with any questions you may have and give you the best advice in order to book your perfect cruise.

In this section you can search most of the ports around the world.

The app contains 13 cruise lines and all their ships so that you can look at all the ships stats and information.

It also has the list of the reviewers for the app.

The best way to book a cruise on the app

1. Make an account and add your details. It really helps to do this because it makes the process even faster, and remember to add your cruise loyalty account numbers if you have them.

2. Use the “Guide” to find out about cruise lines, cruise ships, ports of call, and get lots of tips and info on cruising.

3. Head over to the “Search” section in the menu bar and put in your dates you can travel and how many days you have flexible you are, and your chosen cruise line, ship and departure port.

4. Look through all the cruise results and select the one you want.

5. Identify which payment option suits you. You can pay the deposit, monthly or the full amount

6. Once you have paid for it you’ll get booking confirmation by email and it will be recorded in “my bookings” where you can manage it.

7. Then sit back and look forward to your dream cruise

Overall, this is a really cool app that is very straightforward to use and is designed to cater for all age groups.

It helps you book your cruises really quickly, especially compared to booking through websites and calling the cruise line themselves.

It comes with the best rates within 30 seconds and takes literally 2 minutes to book a cruise.

It's really well laid out to help you book your dream cruise.
