Nice ship with good lay-out
I always read negative comments. And yes those are peoples experiences, but not mine. It was my second time sailing with MSC. I previously sailed on the flagship (in the time of writing this) the World Europa. And later the Odyssey of the Seas of RCI. So I know what I can expect from a cruise. The Magnifica is a nice ship. Not the biggest but also not small. A easy to figure out lay-out. Nice pools. Nice bars (lots of them). Very friendly staff. The decor is (of cours) from more then 10 years ago, but that is okay! Buffet on pictures looked outdated, but in reality is suites it well. We experienced both MDR restaurants. And both nice decor and staff. Food is okay. Kinda like all regular cruise lines. Sometimes cold. There was just one thing I didn't finish because it was cold on the inside, but most things were just fine! The drinks were great! We had the easy package because we were just 4 days onboard. And we didn't miss anything because of it. You just tell what you want, and don't mention a brand name. Sometimes if you get a 'rum and coke' it is served with Bacardi. And sometimes with off-brand rum. And I don't mind. As long as I don't have to pay more haha. In general a great ship! We embarked in Valencia. And disembarked in Civitavecchia.

Exceptional experience!!
Our first time on the MSC Magnífica was an exceptional experience that exceeded our expectations. From the moment we boarded, we were impressed by the warm, familiar atmosphere created by the staff. Everyone was genuinely attentive, and it was especially nice to see officers involved and friendly, making the entire cruise vibe feel inviting and contagious. Our dining experience was a highlight, thanks to our wonderful table waiter, Mr. Darma, who made each meal feel special. His attention to detail and genuine warmth truly elevated our time onboard. Another standout was our cabin steward, Cheryl Siga, who kept our room spotless and went above and beyond to anticipate our needs. Her dedication and availability were impressive! While the food and cocktails in the buffet and bars were average, the designated complimentary restaurant offered better fare and a solid wine selection. At the Tiger bar, we were lucky to be served by the delightful KETUT, whose energy and joy added so much to our experience each day. The entertainment team also deserves praise they brought an enthusiasm that added so much fun and excitement to our days. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the comfort of the beds and pillows. Overall, the MSC Magnífica’s exceptional service, friendly staff, and lively atmosphere made this a cruise to remember. Highly recommended!

Excelente crucero.
MSC Magnífica cruise ship, was excellent experience for me and my family, was the second time for us in the last two months in Magnífica, all the crew members have a great customer service, all the bartenders take the time for every single person to get the order and the service is very fast., they talk with the customer like a friend. You can feel comfortable and enjoy the experience. The guys in the Tiger Bar A A A A+ + ++ . Ady, Ketuk, Luis, Febry, and more of them, I can’t remember the names are the best bar service you can find in the Magnífica. The room service was great, they take care to the room twice times during the day. The activity program was great, every single day they have two shows in the theater, the cruise has recorded music and the musicians live A A A ++++. In my opinion Magnífica is a good cruise for Us.

MSC … Possibly My New Fav
Let me begin by saying that I was very skeptical about going on MSC because of all of the bad reviews I had read. I thought I would it give it a try on a shorter cruise because of the unbeatable prices and the fact that they also status match. I just came off 4 days on Magnifica out of Miami and it was great. It was an overnight stay at Ocean Cay and then a day at Nassau. Before going i would have said that Great Stirrup Cay was my favorite private island but now it has slipped to #2. Ocean Cay is absolutely beautiful and is a rather large 64 sq mile island with a whopping 8 separate beaches. My favorite was the lagoon area beach. I had read there were rocks at some of the other beaches but did not encounter any there. It was all soft white sand and turquoise water. Lots of chairs and plenty of trees for those who like shade. Staying overnight we got to see the lighthouse light show. Pretty neat experience to get to walk on the beach and around the island at night on a a cruise. Embarkation and debarking were the fastest I have experienced. Makes you wonder why it’s so complicated on all the others. The rock show was fantastic and the crowd sang most every song along with the cast. The circus show was really entertaining also. The singers were probably the best I have heard behind possibly The Beatles on Norwegian. The food in MDR was great. I had calamari, grouper and barramundi that was all wonderful. Husband had lasagna and chicken coq au vin and he loved it. Pizza was as good as any we have had at buffet. Husband loves carnival pizza and said it was just as good. At breakfast there was bacon every morning and not just every other like most now days. Did not see any hot chocolate though. Ice cream at kids area for everyone. Room was slightly worn but still nice deluxe balcony. Staff all very professional and courteous and handled every request. It’s just a little different. They leave you alone more and don’t constantly ask if you need anything. I appreciated that. I can’t figure out all the bad reviews. What’s not to like about a great cruise at half price of Carnival, Royal or Norwegian?
