Our First Cruise

This was our first experience taking a cruise. We was amazed at how the crew, from the loading, the dinner waiters, the room services ppl, and all the ones working with us were so very kind and helpful. We were so impressed with Septa, NiPutu, and Kundai with helping us with the dinner. They explained the menu thouroughly and were so sweet and kind. Our opinion, they were the best!! We also loved the entertainment and how everything was spread out so we could enjoy all the different selection of shows and music. The cruise director Louie was so enthusiastic and he let us know exactly what was going on at all times. Very entertaining but also very informative and with a sense of humor, he made you feel comfortable as a newcomer to the cruise scene. With his help he made us feel at relaxed and at ease. The entertainment aspect of the cruise was hands down top notch!! We gathered at Red Frog where we met Salma and NRG group and they were incredible musicians. Salma was a very interactive entertainer and we loved her. So much fun we had with this band. We also enjoyed evenings at the piano bar with Raz who was very entertaining, very knowledgeable with the selections of music. We got to request songs and sing along with him, very memorable nights we had with him. Overall, it was a great experience on this ship and was a wonderful week full of adventure, full of exciting new tastes, new sights, and new friends. We cannot wait to sail again with Carnival! Thank you for making our first cruise such a fun and memorable experience!

BEST CRUISE EVER

Y’all were so amazing. I just think nothing will ever top off this birthday week. The way yall talked with me and messed around with me. I loved it all. I will most definitely be back on that ship. I will also say I wish I could’ve stayed in touch with y’all. All the workers are so amazing I considered just saving up and going back on the cruise in a couple of months. Everything was easy to figure out. I loved all the events that yall had going on. Especially the big prizes if you won at bingo. Levy was so dang awesome. He was funny and he is a good friend. Let me say something. My favorite worker was Alicia. Hands down she was cause she made laugh and it was just fun talking to her when I got the chance.

I should have done this years ago

Amazing First time on a cruise ship. The experience was fascinating, incredible, AWESOME. There was a endless variety of food and drinks. The shops and entertainment were reasonable, mind-blowing, and intriguing. Always something to do, something to explore. Never a dull moment. I really loved that there was a "Friends of Bill W. " that I could attend. Housekeeping was great. The friendliness, professionalism, and courtesy of the staff was warm, welcoming, and supportive. Wonderful, wonderful. The ocean was captivating. I was blessed to have a balcony room and sitting out enjoying the sight, becoming one with nature, was truly mesmerizing. The awesomeness of God was present. I recommend that everyone should take at least one cruise in their lifetime. It was a life changing experience for me. I work hard, really hard. I deserve and have earned to enjoy life and relax every so often and this wil not be my last cruise.

First cruise, Birthday cruise, girls trip

Because of the date. The fact it was leaving New Orleans. Price, Itinerary. Then come to find out it was also Mardi Gras, woohoo!!! The staff was friendly. Our cabin steward Johnni, was awesome. Val our cocktail waitress at The Red Frog Pub was the Best. We had a great waiter in the Main dining room who was very entertaining and personable,,, I wish I could remember his full name,,, began with Praka, and then I lost the rest. I did read a rave review about him before my cruise. I felt honored to have him at our table, he did not disappoint. Met some wonderful people. Made some new family, from New Iberia, Louisiana and Tylertown Mississippi. Hey Kaitlynn Jolet and David Richard. Hello to our Avenue G Covington, La., peeps, follow those directions on your Koozie Jim, lol. We can't wait to do it again. They better look out, lol. Happy Cruisin'.
