I have booked twice with My Kind of Cruise

The first time last year it was an easy simple process, all done in the app without having to speak to anyone which is wonderful for a millennial who hates speaking on the phone! I had a slight issue with my booking closer to departure but a quick message on the live chat and this was sorted easily without fuss. Having had a great experience I then booked again with them this year but this time it was a group so we needed two cabins. Again, on the live chat Matt sorted everything out, made sure we had the best deal and even fixed a mistake I made during the booking process. Big shout out to Matt! This seems like a slick and professional company who know their stuff and the service is non-fussy and straight forward. I would and have recommended them!

Amazing service from booking to cruising

This is the 3rd time, we have booked with My Kind of Cruise. Their personal attention to each booking is where they stand out from the others. A quick message on their chat function is replied to within minutes, sometimes seconds. And no request is too big for them. We’ve had David looking after us in Chat. He has helped us through the upgrading process, the issuing of our e-tickets literally 30 days before the cruise and allocation of the best rooms for our booked category. He is an asset to My kind of Cruise. You’re the only company we would consider for our future cruise plans.

Amazing Company and David is the best!

I was apprehensive because I’ve never cruised before and wondered why this company were so competitive with their prices. My husband and I had the best holiday ever! We booked twice again whilst still onboard. David then gave a huge discount and we had added cruise points and onboard credit. If l had more holiday allowance l would book more cruises with this company. We are my kind of cruise converts! Thankyou so much for allowing us to discover a new type of holiday. Victoria & Dean
