Adults only at it's best!
The ship is in great condition to be the original. It went through a quick refresh drydock in November 2024. Lucky Lotus by Razzle Dazzle is a hit and the updated menu is a vast improvement. Crew are helpful and try to make your experience better. Having sodas, internet, and tips included is a wonderful feature that other lines simply don't offer unless it's a luxury line. Premium dining being included is also a great feature that other lines charge extra for. It's great being on a cruise without feeling like you'll be hassled into making unnecessary purchases such as photos. The line doesn't have photographers, directors, and unless sales pitches which is great, you can board and do as you please. Adults only is great because at the end of the day everyone behaves like adults. This line also has no dress code. Don't worry though, everyone is still appropriately dressed in something.

Virgin Voyages is the Best!
Best cruise I have ever taken. I’m a serial cruiser, having taken cruises on Holland America, Norwegian, Celebrity, Royal Caribbean, Princess, and Carnival. Virgin Voyages has the best food by far, the nicest crew, and best access to lounge chairs and places to hang out. They even match status on other lines (I’m elite on Princess). It’s a more modern take on cruising with an emphasis on choice and adult food and activities. I appreciated that they took care of my food allergy at every venue and offered a TON of food that was gf, vegan, vegetarian, and healthier than usual. But I also loved their desserts-oh my god, the best! Loved the sushi bar, ramen bar, taco bar, made to order salads, coffee bars, all day breakfast, high tea, brunch, snack bar, tapas, and so much more included in the cruise price. Best Chinese food and legit Korean bbq I’ve ever had. And the handmade pasta was to die for. And tips were included as well so no awkwardness at the end. Veranda room was comfy and modern-bathroom was a tad small but who cares, right? Loved the resort at Bimini, it was a full day of relaxing on the beach with two big pools, music, food, and easy transportation back to the ship. I also loved no tenders at the ports and never any lines getting off or on the ship. Gyms were huge and never crowded and the fitness classes were also included in the price. Initially I was a little stressed about making dinner reservations but it all worked out once we were onboard. Lots of the shore excursions were sold out but I didn’t care because I just wanted to chill at the beach or stay onboard and enjoy the pool. I also liked that sodas and basic WiFi are included in the price, so no charge. We ended up not spending much onboard which was a nice change. We are already planning our next trip with Virgin.

The Virgin Way = the right way
Virgin Voyages is in a class of their own! What an amazing experience I had. All of the food options, and the unique entertainment makes it hard to cruise with another line again. You seriously need a 7 night cruise to experience all of the restaurants for dinner. But you'll need extra time because you'll want to repeat them. Scarlet Night was an entire vibe! The unique shows were really designed for those who love to party! The hammock in the sea terrace was so comfortable. And to be able to control the room on the tablet was so easy. They also have a bevy of movie options for free. There is so much included in the price and I love that because I don't feel like I'm being nickled and dimed. I'll be back on Virgin Voyages for my honeymoon and I can't wait! The Virgin Way is the right way!
