Another great Royal Caribbean cruise!
I fell in love with Royal Caribbean on my first cruise and despite some of the shortcomings of this cruise ship, RC still has the best food and entertainment of any cruise line, as well as the friendliest and most helpful crew. What did I love about this cruise? The wait staff singing O Solo Mío. The unbelievably talented ice skaters and ballroom dancers. The fact that I walked 14,000 steps a day without even trying to exercise. The hair salon and the amazing stylist. The jewelry selection. Alma at Next Cruise with her incredible knowledge and expertise. My beautiful and super clean cabin. The view from my balcony. The charming cruise director Chris. What was less than great? The prevalent smell of smoke. The casino was on the 4th deck but even on deck 5 you could smell it. I avoided guest services because the smell was so strong there that I couldn’t stop coughing. The only other negative was the gym. Tiny cramped space. Claustrophobic. Too many people. Nonetheless, I’d probably still go on the Navigator again because the positives WAY outweighed the negatives. Thank you so much Navigatior crew!

Birthday - family getaway cruise
My 2 adult daughters and I went on the 4 night cruise. We had the one bedroom suite and it was perfect for 3 adults. There were plenty of plugs for both their curling irons and other plug ins. The couch made into a double bed and was very comfortable. My oldest daughter has a CPAP and they provided the distilled water and an extension chord. She also has awful food allergies - and the head waiter was awesome in making her meals around the allergies. The menu in the dining room had too many spicy foods for my pallet but I upgraded to a lobster tail twice when there was nothing bland on the menu. Buyer beware! they charge you $16.95 for the lobster BUT add on an 18% service charge as well! The same goes for the up graded steak. They daily had a chicken breast option - but that was very dry and disappointing. They have a vegan meal and an indian meal daily - as I said I wish they would just have one plain meat and potato meal also. The whole ship was really clean and well maintained. The carpets were not worn and in general every area was sparkling. The promenade was a great area with shops and bars that made you feel like you were on a foreign street. The service in all the bars and rooms was excellent. The only pay restaurant we ate at was for lunch at the Chopps grill and all our meals were excellent. We enjoyed the skating program and the broadway show. All the bar entertainment was very entertaining according to personal preferences. I would recommend this cruise - and plan on sailing again in September.

Fantastic Time! Navigator is a Great Ship!
We are a family of 4 with 2 teen girls. We've done Disney, Princess, Royal and in 2022 Carnival. We went with Royal for the variety of entertainment and activities. First I'd like to say that if you are one of those people looking for something to complain about you will always find it. The ship does has some wear and tear but it is a beautiful ship that was wonderfully decorated for Christmas. There was lots of art work and stunning features around the ship. I found it easy to get around, big enough to have lots of activities and venues but not so large that it was a chore to get from one side to the other. Elevators could be busy, but with there were 7 of them and the stairs were managable. I found seats were always available at the shows, even if I arrived just in time. Some trivia events were alittle packed but manageable. Staff - OMG they were the best staff. So friendly and helpful. I really felt taken care of all the time! Food - we did not do any specialty dinning but stuck with the Windjammer, food counters and main dining room. Windjammer was typical buffet food - some good, some ok, but lots of options to suit everyone. Dining room was great! Only wish was that Johnny Rockets was open later - think it closed at 5:30pm. Only real disappointment would be the Royal App. It SUCKS! We ended up having to get the internet package to make sure we could communicate with each other on the ship. Found the app lagged and chat feature was hit/miss and would do weird things like send messages to everyone in the group rather than one person and would switch peoples usernames around. Royal if you see this FIX YOUR APP! And OMG! the embarkation and disembarkment was the EASIEST EVER!! Walk on, walk off, super organized, super fast, so so so easy compaired to every other cruise we have done! Not to congested at all. They have that part down!
