10+ Cruises: 50s
Virgin virgins, we loved our trip!
This was our first time sailing with Virgin Voyages, but we have 12 previous cruises under our belt (Carnival, RCCL, NCL, and Princess). We started sailing in suites last year, so we did spoil ourselves by getting a mega rockstar suite. I have to say the whole experience was fantastic. Private car provided to and from the ship, bottomless bar in our cabin, unlimited laundry service, which we used 3 times on our sailing. It was so nice to go home with clean clothes. My wife is a teacher, so going on a cruise during spring break would normally sound horrible, but not on VV. The adults only was great! Also, the max passenger capacity being around 2,700 is a nice change from ships holding over 4,000 people. The food overall was really good. Were there items we didn't care for? Yes, but not too many. The fact that you don't pay extra for any of the restaurants, is just one less upcharge all the other lines hit you with. Virgin has to be the most inclusive and welcoming line we have sailed. This means a lot to us, knowing that everyone is treated with respect, both passengers and crew. We already have 2 trips booked with VV in 2026. They have taken over as our #1 cruise line and we look forward to many more sailings aboard the Lady ships.

Awesome Experience
We love this cruise line. They provide only the best service. They staff is always smiling and helpful. The staff is the best. We had an issue with the AC in our cabin. Phat in maintenance was at our cabin within 10 minutes of making complaint. The problem was resolved by the time we finished our breakfast. Rezie and Q did an excellent job of keeping us comfortable. We were spoiled. The food is awesome. There's no shortage of choice. There is something for everyone on board this ship. The spa is incredible. We got the couples hot stone massage. We were so relaxed. The ports are all clean and safe. We've already put a down payment on our next voyage. It's an all adult experience. The entertainment has an all adult theme. This was our 4th voyage on Virgin and the venue has improved so much. Love this cruise line

Eastern Caribbean Antilles - Scarlet Lady
This was our 2nd time on the Scarlet Lady and it was just as fantastic. We stayed in the rock star suite and had the best service from Olga and her co-workers. The layout, space and shower within the room are amazing! Thandi was also helpful through out and always responded when we had questions. The restaurants are fabulous, with Pink Agave and Extra Virgin being our favorite. Dinner at the Wake was great, however when we tried to have breakfast there we were not served in a timely manner so we did leave and eat in the galley. Lastly the test kitchen menu B was very good. Pool side and spaces are kept clean. There was always a spot at the pool. Richard’s roof top was a bonus this time around. There were spots available with shade on the hotter / sunnier days. Fitness class offerings and experiences were positive. We tried the bungee class; harder than one would think but fun! Spin classes and instructors were encouraging and kept the class going. The sites visited when not in the ship were easy to navigate and the excursions we choose were guided well by the staff and enjoyable. We chose the cruise for the countries of port. I am ready to go back to San Juan any time! We will definitely be booking again once summer 2027 is released!
